Sting certainly has a point.

Every breathe you take clearly counts. From birth to death. Pumping my tired legs up a steep lane into my village after an hour's run, I needed that breath. Desperate to maintain some kind of form for my ageing body I BREATHED & BREATHED & BREATHED some more. Oxygen pumped around my system helping me to recover, helping me get through another day on planet earth. So, remember, in ANY stressful situation, breath, allow that air to filter through your system, allow some of that stress to escape. Some stress is always useful but too much tends to block the body so BREATH THROUGH IT and help us all get up that hill !
