Phil Croskin’s coaching and experiential training now provides a unique approach to ”how we come across” in public – meetings, presentations, public speaking, interviews, networking.
Phil was trained at Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA). He has worked in the area of advance communication for 30+ years. A few examples of his work:
Coached Alan Rickman, John Malcovic, Celia Imrie, Vanessa Redgrave and David Schofield
Works as an executive coach within the NHS
With Tony Woodcock, (ex Arsenal/England footballer), ran a series of team building workshops for new businesses
Facilitated 50+ young entrepreneurs getting their feet firmly placed on their career ladders
Assisted a TV chef to be even more successful
Spent time in Japan providing support for the British Tourist Board in their drive to attract business back to the UK
Phil has used his training at RADA and work experience to transfer many of the actor’s skills and techniques, into the corporate environment.
This has benefitted individuals and groups alike.
One to One
ESTABLISHING REALISTIC PERFORMANCE AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES.
Many executives are expected to be of high standard in different fields – as a team leader, a team player, a financial wizard, a careful planner, a subtle mediator, a shrewd negotiator, a relaxed delegator.
YOU NEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION
You never get a chance to make a first impression can be seen as a daunting task and enough to make anyone nervous. But some simple well rehearsed techniques can quickly dispel all those fears; you just need to know them.
GROUP TRAINING IS A GREAT WAY TO LEARN.
Working together we can learn from each other as we move towards our shared future goals. It is also a way individuals can improve without always being the centre of attention. Quiet improvement I call it.
